国产单吻合器在直肠癌前切除术中的应用

摘要: 目的: 了解使用国产一次性单吻合器行中低位直肠癌前切除术的外科效果。方法: 回顾性分析我院2003年8月~2004年10月采用国产单吻合器行中低位直肠癌前切除术72例的临床资料，对其疗效、安全性及并发症进行分析。结果: 72例中Dukes分期：A期18例，B期29例，C期25例。9例(12.5%)出现术后并发症，吻合口瘘5例(6.94%)，伤口感染2例(2.77%)；切口疝2例(2.77%)；低位前切除45例中，3例(6.67%)控便不良，有正常便意，可控制半成形便，对稀便及水样便控制较差。结论: 应用国产一次性单吻合器技术进行直肠癌前切除手术安全性好,经济实用，中低位直肠癌保肛成功率高，对预后无不良影响。关键词: 直肠癌; 前切除术; 吻合器; 并发症
The application of domestic single anastomat in the surgry of the anteriorresection for rectal cancer

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the surgical value of domestic single anastomate in surgry of the anterior resection for rectal cancer. Methods: Clinic data of 72 patients with rectal cancer undergone the anterior resection in our department from August 2003 to October 2004 were reviewed. Among them there were Dukes A 18 cases, Dukes B 29 cases, and Dukes C 25 cases. Results: The incindence of complication was 12.5% (9 cases). 5 cases with anastomotic leakage (6.94%), 2 cases with infection of incinsional wound(2.77%); 2 cases with incisional hernia(2.77%). 45 cases underwent low anterior resection, 3 cases (6.67%) had nomal awareness of defecation, could dominate semiformed stool,but could not dominate sparse stool and watery stool well. Conclusions: The surgry of the low anterior and sphinctersaving resection with domestic single anastomate was safe and credible;The application of domestic single anastomat in the surgry of the anterior resection for rectal cancer is econmical and practical. ......
