【摘要】 目的 探讨子宫内膜样腺癌细胞中Ki-67和CD105的表达及其意义。 方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测38例子宫内膜样腺癌和13例子宫内膜单纯性增生标本Ki-67和CD105的表达。 结果 Ki-67和CD105在子宫内膜样腺癌中均呈高表达，与单纯性增生比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);与临床分期、肌层浸润有显著性相关(P<0.05)。 结论 Ki-67和CD105在子宫内膜样腺癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用，两种抗体联合检测对子宫内膜样腺癌的预后判定有一定意义。
