纤维乳管镜在乳头溢液诊断和治疗中的应用

     摘要: 目的：评价纤维乳管镜检查对乳头溢液的诊断价值。方法：应用FVY780～980型纤维乳管内窥镜，对36例乳头溢液的患者进行诊断，并与术后病理诊断进行对比分析。结果：36例患者中发现乳管乳头状瘤14例(38.89%)，其中单发病变10例(71.43%)，多发性病变4例(28.57%)；乳管扩张及乳管炎22例(61.11%)。乳头状瘤的镜下诊断与病理诊断符合率为85.71%(12/14)。结论：纤维乳管镜检查乳头溢液准确、可靠。

    The applying of the fiberoptic ductoscopy to the diagnosis and treatment of the nipple discharge

    Abstract: Objective: To study the value of fiberoptic ductoscopy for the diagnosis of nipple discharge. Methods: 36 cases were studied using Fiberoptic ductoscope FVY780980. The results were compared with postoperative pathology. Results: Ductoscopy detected intraductal papillary lesions in 14(38.89%) cases, including 10 single lesions 71.43% and 4 multiple lesions (28.57%). Conclusion: Ductoscopy is reliable for the diagnosis and treatment of the nipple discharge.
