摘要: 目的: 评价硕士研究生《卫生统计学》试卷质量,为改进研究生《卫生统计学》教学方法和提高试卷质量提供理论依据。 方法: 运用教育测量学原理与教育统计学方法对试题难度、区分度和试卷的平均难度、平均区分度、信度、效度进行分析;运用方差分析的方法,比较学生知识掌握程度与试题难度。 结果: 学生成绩呈右偏态分布。试卷的平均难度为0.782 2,选择题中有16.61%的试题难,11.36%的试题较难,28.46%的试题适中,30.38%的选择题较易,13.19%的试题易;综合分析题中有60%的试题较难,40%的试题较易。试卷的平均区分度为0.493 4,选择题中有9.61%的试题区分度好,66.54%的试题区分度良,12.43%的试题区分度尚可,11.42%的试题区分度差;试卷的信度包括选择题的信度库德理查逊系数为0.663,综合分析题的信度α系数为0.724;试卷的效标关联效度为0.718(P=0.000);方差分析结果显示学生对知识掌握程度之间差异有统计学意义(F=2.695,P=0.000),试题难度之间差异有统计学意义(F=4 257.800,P=0.000)。 结论: 此次考试学生成绩相对较好,试题难度适中,区分度良好,试卷可信、有效。关键词: 难度; 区分度; 信度; 效度
The quality evaluation of medical statistics test items for post graduateXUE Qian, LI Shugang, CAO Mingqin, et al

Abstract: Objective: Some academic minds are presented by analysis of post graduates′ “Medical Statistics” test papers for their future “Medical Statistics” education. Methods: The difficulty and discrimination coefficient of the test items, and the average difficulty and discrimination coefficient, the reliability and validity of the test paper were calculated with adopting the principles of education measurement and education statistics. Results: The distribution of the score was shown as a negatively skewed distribution. The average difficulty index of the test paper is 0.7822. Among the choice items, the most difficulty items, much difficulty items, difficulty items, the easy items and the easier items respectively account of 16.61 percent, 11.36 percent, 28.46 percent, 30.38 percent and 13.19 percent. Among the comprehensive items, 60 percent of them belong to much difficulty ones, and the other belongs to the easy ones. The average discrimination coefficient of the test paper is 0.4934. Among the choice items, there are 9.61 percent, 66.54 percent, 12.43 percent and 11.42 percent of them which respectively belong to best discrimination ones, better discrimination ones, usual discrimination ones and ugly discrimination ones. The reliability analysis of the test paper embraces two aspects. One is the KuderRichardson coefficient of the choice items which equals 0.663, the other is the L, J Cronbach α coefficient of the comprehensive items which equals 0.724.
