     摘要：目的：研究替加氟脂质体在Wistar种大鼠结肠中的分布。方法：替加氟脂质体(TLPO)和替加氟片剂混悬液(TTAB)大鼠灌胃给药，用RPHPLC法测定结肠中替加氟的浓度。结果：替加氟脂质体与替加氟片剂混悬液相比，结肠中药物浓度明显提高。结论：替加氟脂质体改变了药物在结肠中的分布，具有一定的结肠靶向性。

    Colon Distribution of Liposomal Tegafur in RatsMurat, GAO Xiaoli, GUO Yu

    (College of Pharmacy, Xinjiang Medical University, Urumchi 830054, China)Abstract: Objective: To study the distribution of novel liposomal preparation of tegafur in Wistar rat′s colon. Methods: The liposomal preparation of tegafur(TLPO) and suspension of tegafur tablet(TTAB) were administered to Wistar rats intragastrically. A RPHPLC was employed to determine the tegafur concentration in the colon of rats. Results: In contrast with TTAB, the tegafur distribution in the colon had been raised significantly (P<0.05) in the TLPO group. Conclusion: The results indicated that TLPO could alter the tegafur distribution in the colon of rats and have the tendency of colontargeting.
