摘要:目的 了解金黄色葡萄球菌的生物化学和代谢特征，以及其半乳糖醇酶与产生肠毒素的关系。 方法 利用PCR方法从金黄色葡萄球菌标准株中扩增出金黄色葡萄球菌半乳糖醇酶，克隆到pmD-18T载体上并转化到E.coli JM109菌株。 结果 用特异引物扩增800bp的基因片段，目的基因被克隆，经双酶切和DNA序列测定为金黄色葡萄球菌半乳糖醇酶基因。 结论 金黄色葡萄球菌半乳糖醇酶基因片段可以被特异性扩增和克隆。
