摘要:目的 建立一种快速测定食品中苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠的高效液相色谱法。 方法 以LiChrospher C 18 柱，甲醇:乙酸铵为流动相，研究3种物质的色谱分离特性，并对食品样品的前处理方法进行探讨。 结果 建立了快速、有效的分离和样品处理方法。3种物质的浓度在0～0.100mg/ml之间呈线性关系，相关系数0.999以上，且准确度、重现性好。3种物质的回收率为90.0%～107.5%，日内相对标准偏差为2.86%～4.75%。应用于多种食品样品的测定结果令人满意。 结论 该方法可以用于食品样品中3种物质的测定。
