金属硫蛋白提取液对镉中毒小鼠脂质过氧化损伤的修复作用

     摘要: 目的: 研究植物类金属硫蛋白对镉中毒小鼠肾损伤的修复作用。方法: 以昆明种小鼠作为研究对象,染镉14 d建立亚急性镉中毒模型,随后经口给予植物金属硫蛋白提取液。测定并分析小鼠肝、肾组织及血清中脂质过氧化代谢产物——丙二醛(MDA)水平和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,于电镜下观察肾组织形态学变化。结果: 金属硫蛋白提取液可明显降低小鼠肝肾组织及血清中MDA水平,并使组织中SOD活性有一定程度的恢复,且上述作用呈明显的剂量-反应关系。电镜下观察到干预组小鼠肾组织形态学病变有所减轻。结论: 金属硫蛋白提取液对镉中毒小鼠肝肾组织脂质过氧化损伤有一定的修复作用。

    The renovating effect of extract of plantmetallothionein to cadmiuminduced oxidative damage in mice

    Abstract: Objective: To study the renovating effect of metallothionein of plants to cadmiuminduced oxidative damage in kidney. Methods: Kunming mice were used to establish the cadmium poisoning models. Then treated with extract of plantmetallothionein. Then indexes including the contents of malony diadehyde(MDA), the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in kidney were assayed. And the ultrastructure of kidney were studied under transmission electron microscope. Results: In animals which administrated extract of plantMT, the contents of MDA in kidney decreased and the activities of antiosidase (SOD) were renovated. The pathomorphologic damages of kidney induced by cadmium were renovated to some extent after administrating plantMT. Conclusion: PlantMT may have the role of renovating effect on cadmiuminduced peroxidative damage in kidney. ......
