【摘要】 目的 研究卵管通(LGT)胶囊的药效及毒理作用。方法 对卵管通胶囊抗炎、镇痛、改善微循环作用进行研究；对制剂的急性毒性和长期毒性进行研究。结果 卵管通胶囊具有减轻大鼠足关节肿胀、减轻扭体反应，降低毛细血管通透性作用，未发现卵管通胶囊毒副作用。结论 卵管通胶囊疗效确切，安全性较高。【关键词】 卵管通胶囊；药效学；毒理学
