加替沙星对氨茶碱在家兔体内药动学的影响

     【摘要】 目的 研究加替沙星对氨茶碱在家兔体内药动学的影响。方法 采用自身对照法,静脉注射给药,HPLC法测定单用及与加替沙星合用后家兔体内氨茶碱的浓度,数据用3P97药动学软件处理,计算参数。结果 氨茶碱在家兔内的药动学过程呈双室模型,单用氨茶碱与合用加替沙星的药动学参数为t1/2a(0.91±0.76)h和(0.73±0.71)h;t1/2β/h(3.47±2.01)h和(4.59±3.58)h;AUC为(46.19±18.2)μg/(h·ml)和(29.27±6.54)μg/(h·ml);CL为(0.02±0.01)F(s)/(L·h)和(0.03±0.01)F(s)/ (L·h)。参数经双侧t检验,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 静注合用加替沙星对家兔体内氨茶碱药动学无影响。

    Effect of gatifloxacin on pharmacokinetics of aminophylline in rabbits

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of pharmacokinetics of aminophylline when used in combination with gatifloxacin in rabbits. Methods In self-control design with rabbits, the drugs were given by intravenous, the plasma concentration of aminophylline was determined by HPLC, and data were processd by 3P97 program to get pharmacokinetics.Results The harmacokinetics of aminophylline used alone and combination with gatifloxacin were fit to two -compartment model. The mean parameters as follows: t1/2a was(0.91±0.76)hand(0.73±0.71)h;t1/2β/h(3.47±2.01)h and(4.59±3.58)h;AUC was(46.19±18.2)μg/(h·ml) and(29.27±6.54)μg/(h·ml);CL was(0.02±0.01)F(s)/ (L·h) and(0.03±0.01)F(s)/(L·h).All parameters between using nophylline alone and the combination aminophylline with gatifloxacin indicated no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Gatifloxacin can not effect the elimination of aminophylline in rabbits. ......
