摘要: 目的: 通过调节辣椒素受体1(VR1)基因表达,对VR1基因的功能及疼痛的基因治疗进行基础研究。方法: 应用RNA干扰(RNAi)技术干扰VR1基因在猴肾Cos7细胞系中的表达。结果:应用RNAi技术特异性抑制了VR1基因在Cos7细胞中的表达。随着小片段干扰性RNA(siRNA)浓度的增加,VR1蛋白的表达量逐渐减少。结论:应用RNAi技术可抑制VR1基因的表达,为开发更有效、安全、合理的镇痛药提供实验依据。关键词:RNA干扰; 辣椒素受体1; 疼痛

Methods: To apply RNAi technique to regulate the expression of VR1gene in Cos7cell. Results: Expression of VR1 gene in Cos7 cell is specially inhibited by siRNA'S concentration increasing and the VR1 protein's expression are decreasing. Conclusions: Expression of VR1 gene in Cos7 cell is specially inhibited by using RNAi Technique, it will provide the theoretical evidence for development of more effective, safe, reasonable analgesic. ......
