摘要： 目的：了解我校临床操作技能毕业考核的运行效果，为今后临床技能考核站的建设与发展以及临床实习管理提供反馈信息。方法：对参加操作技能考试的99届270名临床专业毕业学生以及57名主考老师进行问卷调查。结果：参加调查的学生与老师对现行临床技能考核的设计与组织表示认可。结论：在临床实习中，临床操作技能考核能有效引导学生，老师重视实习大纲规定的基本技能训练。关键词：临床操作技能考试；评价；调查

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of clinical skills examination that applied in medical graduates in our school. Hope to provide useful information for clinical skills examincation's construction and development, for internship management. Method: We investigated some students and examiners who take part in the clinical skills examination by questionnaire. Result: Students and examiners are satisfied with the design and organization of exiting clinical skills examination. Conclusion: Clinical skills examination can effectively lead students and examiners pay their intention to clinical skills practice during the internship. ......
