耳针配合加碘盐治疗地方性甲状腺肿疗效分析

摘要： 目的： 探讨耳针配合加碘盐治疗青少年地方性甲状腺肿大(地甲肿)的疗效。方法：选择居住在碘缺乏地区 5 年以上、年龄12～17岁、经触诊法证实为甲状腺肿大Ⅰ度以上的患者75例为观察对象。75例随机分为耳针配合加碘盐治疗组和单纯食用加碘盐对照组，治疗组给予耳针治疗，采用毫针针刺，7 d 为一疗程，共治疗3个疗程，比较2组治疗前后尿碘的变化及治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率90.48%，对照组总有效率63.64%，2组总有效率相比差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.780 7, P<0.05)；与对照组相比，治疗组治疗后尿碘降低(P<0.05)。 结论：缺碘地区在加碘盐食用量相对恒定的情况下，应用耳针治疗地甲肿：可促进已肿大的甲状腺缩小或消退；提高机体对碘的吸收、储存；可促使失调的脏腑功能恢复正常；弥补单纯食用加碘盐治疗地甲肿的不足。关键词：甲状腺肿大,地方性; 尿碘；耳针
Clinical study on endemic goitre treated with auricularacupuncture

Abstract: Objective: To study therapeutic effect of juvenile endemic Goitre by combined auricularacupuncture and iodine salt. Methods: Seventyfive cases of juvenile endemic goitres were randomly divided into two groups. One was treated with combined auricularacupuncture and iodine salt, the other were fed only iodine salt.There were some auricular points selected, such as jing, neifenmi, pizhixia, pi, wei, gan, shen. Both of them were treated for three periods of treatment. The clinical results of the two groups were observed. Results: The combined treatment group could improve urine iodine, which were superior to the only iodine salt group, and there were significant differences before and after the combined treatment in contents of urine iodine(P<0.05). Conclusions: The results show that the therapeutic effect of combined auricularacupuncture and iodine salt was obviously better than that by iodine salt. When fed with the invariablenes quantity of iodine salt, the combined auricularacupuncture and iodine salt treatment is superior to that in the control group. The combined treatment has good effect in the relieving and eliminating goitre, regulating thyroid hormone to improve the ability of absorbing iodine, and regularizing zangfu . ......
