作者单位：646000 四川泸州，泸州医学院附属医院神经内科【摘要】 目的 探讨脑苷肌肽对脑卒中偏瘫患者功能恢复的影响。方法 将90例脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组加用脑苷肌肽注射液10ml，每天1次,2周为1个疗程。并采用NIHSS和MBI对患者治疗前、后的疗效进行评定。结果 治疗组神经功能缺损评分降低明显优于对照组(P<005)，而MBI评分增加明显高于对照组(P<005)。结论 脑苷肌肽对提高患者生存质量,促进脑功能恢复和改善预后具有较好的疗效。
