摘要:目的 探讨碘-125( 125 I)粒子植入内放射治疗技术在头颈部晚期恶性肿瘤治疗中的临床效果。 方法 采用术中植入、B超定位经皮穿刺植入、鼻窦内窥镜引导下放置等方法对16例头颈部恶性肿瘤患者在术后残腔、肿瘤内或转移淋巴结内放置碘-125粒子。 结果 近期观察无局部感染、无放射性损伤、无血管破裂出血、无粒子移位或脱落等状况发生，半年完全缓解率62.5%，1年完全缓解率37.5%。 结论 碘-125粒子植入内放射治疗技术可成为头颈部恶性肿瘤患者的综合治疗方法之一，此技术尤其适合于术后复发、放疗后复发、一期手术难以根治等晚期恶性肿瘤患者，亦适合于需行术后放疗的早期恶性肿瘤患者。
