摘要:目的 通过建立华支睾吸虫成虫cDNA文库，筛选其功能基因，以研制华支睾吸虫的药物靶标。 方法 应用SMART方法构建华支睾吸虫成虫cDNA文库，进行大量EST测序，然后应用生物信息学方法分析EST序列。 结果 从华支睾吸虫成虫cDNA文库中筛选出Cdc42样蛋白基因。 结论 应用生物信息学方法从华支睾吸虫成虫cDNA文库中筛选出Cdc42样蛋白基因。

    Abstract:Objective To screen functional gene through construction of the cDNA library of adult Clonorchis sinensis. Meth-ods The cDNA library of adult Clonorchis sinensiswere constructed with SMART method，then EST(expression sequence tag)se-quencing was carnied out and analyzed with bio-informatics software.
