摘要:目的 探讨硒对氧化型低密度脂蛋白(Ox-LDL)诱导体外培养牛主动脉内皮细胞Caspase-3酶的影响。 方法 Ox-LDL与硒处理牛主动脉内皮细胞后，通过流式细胞仪、DNA电泳检测凋亡细胞，测定Caspase-3酶活性。 结果 Ox-LDL作用内皮细胞后，细胞凋亡DNA电泳呈梯度条带;加入硒干预后，内皮细胞平均凋亡率及Caspase-3酶活性吸光度比值较Ox-LDL组明显降低(P<0.05)。 结论 硒能减少Ox-LDL诱导体外培养的牛主动脉内皮细胞凋亡，部分通过抑制Caspase-3酶活性而发挥抗凋亡的细胞保护效应。
