摘要:目的 了解葡萄球菌属对常用抗生素的耐药情况，为临床用药提供依据。 方法 采用Kirby-Bauer琼脂扩散药敏试验法检测所分离的1002株葡萄球菌对15种常用药物的耐药率。 结果 1002株葡萄球菌中金黄色葡萄球菌589株，凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌413株。药敏试验结果中未发现耐万古霉素的葡萄球菌，呋喃妥因、阿米卡星对葡萄球菌有较好的抗菌活性;葡萄球菌对β-内酰胺类抗生素(包括青霉素类、头孢菌素类、碳青酶烯类抗生素)普遍耐药。 结论 葡萄球菌对常用抗菌药物呈高耐药率，且有逐年增高的趋势，医院应重视细菌耐药性监测，合理使用和控制滥用抗生素。
