【摘要】 目的 分析南通市城区下岗职工和外来流动人口的已婚育龄妇女生殖健康状况，为开展生殖健康优质服务提供依据。方法 对4076例下岗职工和外来流动人口的已婚育龄妇女进行问卷调查、B超检查、红外线乳腺检查、妇科检查和实验室检查。结果 发现危害育龄妇女生殖健康的多种疾病，发病率为67.6%(2754/4076)。按疾病分类，其中以生殖道感染疾病最高，其次为乳腺疾病。结论 检查出的疾病是育龄妇女的常见病、多发病。因此，必须加强防治措施，以保障育龄妇女的身心健康。

    【Abstract】 Objective To analysis of the status of reproductive health in married reproductive-age women of unemployed and flowed population in the health. Methods 4076 cases women were diagnosed by questionnaire、B ultrasound、ultrared breast examination、gynecological examination and laboratory test.Results The rate of discovered diseases in damaged reproductive health population was 67.6% (2754/40760).Among all the diseases,the prevalence in reproductive tract infection diseases is highest. The breast diseases are following.Conclusion Discovered diseases in reproductive-age women are common familiar diseases.We will be conducted to strengthen the prevention and cure measures for to presere bodily and mental health of reproductive-age women. ......
