【摘要】 目的 通过对脑出血患者应用不同药物的疗效观察，研究更适合脑出血患者降颅压的药物。方法 选取40例脑出血患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，应用两种不同的给药方法，进行降颅压效果观察。结果 应用20%甘露醇250ml加压静脉注射，与10%甘油果糖溶液250ml静脉滴注，2～3ml/min，每6h交替1次，降颅压效果满意。结论 甘露醇对降低脑出血患者颅压有作用，同时要注意其使用的时机、剂量和甘油溶液的配合使用等问题，只有合理使用才能达到良好的疗效。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the more suitable drugs by an observation of therapeutic effect of the drugs in the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods It was observed that the therapeutic effect of application with different administering-medicament methods in the treatment of 40 patients with cerebral hemorrhage,were divided into two groups.Results It was obvious of anti-intracranial-hypertensive to inject 20% mannitol 250ml iv q12h and then inject 10% glycerin and fructose 250ml ivdrip q12h,2～3ml/min.Conclusion Mannitol is useful in the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage serving as antiintracranial-hypertensive drug,however,some other questions must be thought,such as the time,the dose,assorting of glycerin and so on.The better curative effect will be achieved if only reasonable usage of drugs including mannitol and glycerin. ......
