摘要: 目的: 研究草棉花花瓣不同提取物FGFⅠ、FGFⅡ对小鼠免疫性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:采用卡介苗(BCG)+脂多糖(LPS)造成免疫性肝损伤动物模型,观察本品对小鼠血清ALT、AST活性及肝组织匀浆SOD、MDA、GSHPX、NO水平的影响,并观察肝组织病理学改变。结果: FGFⅡ可明显降低小鼠血清中ALT、AST活性,同时能减少肝匀浆MDA、NO含量,并能使降低的肝匀浆SOD、GSHPX活性升高。FGFⅡ小剂量可使肝脏脏器系数降低。FGFⅠ不同剂量可以降低ALT活性,但不能降低AST活性,大剂量可降低MDA含量,而对肝组织匀浆其它指标FGFⅠ不同剂量均没有作用。结论: FGFⅡ有明显的保肝作用,FGFⅠ虽有一定的保肝作用,但效果不如FGFⅡ。关键词: 草棉花总黄酮; 免疫性肝损伤; 保肝
Hepatoprotective effect of Flos Gossypium Flavonoid on the hepatic damage of immunity in mice

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the hepatoprotective effect of Flos Gossypium Flavonoid (FGFⅠ, FGFⅡ) on immunological liver injury in mice. Method: The models of hepatic damage of immunity were induced by BCG+LPS. The ALT、AST level in serum and MDA、 NO content, SOD、 GSHPX activities in liver homogenate, the coefficient of liver were assayed and dimensions of hepatic damage in the histopathology were observed. Results: FGFⅡ(70, 35 mg/kg) was found to significantly decrease the serum transaminase activities. Meanwhile, FGFⅡ also decreased MDA, NO content and prevented the reduction of SOD , GSHPX activities in liver homogenate and FGFⅡ (35 mg/kg) decreased coefficient of liver. FGFⅠ (70, 35 mg/kg) was found to decrease the serum ALT, but cannot decrease the serum AST, FGFⅠ (70 mg/kg) also decreased MDA, but other index of liver homogenate FGFⅠ (70, 35 mg/kg) was ineffective. Conclusion: FGFⅡ show significant protective action on immunological liver injury in mice. FGFⅠ has less effect on protecting liver than FGFⅡ, though FGFⅠ has some effects. ......
