摘要:目的 探讨气相色谱法检测食用油脂中BHA、BHT样品前处理法。 方法 采用柱层(B法)和乙醇提取法(A法)，色谱条件:色谱柱，长2.0m内径3mm不锈钢柱，内装涂有10%QF-1(m/m)的Gas chrom Q(80～100目)担体。 结果 两种前处理方法的相对标准差小于6.3%，回收率在80%～98%之间，检出限在1.1～6.9μg之间，且有较高的相关性(P<0.05)。 结论 两种前处理结果相一致。

    Abstract:Objective To discuss the pretreatment technique for detection of BHA and BHTfrom eatable lipa by using gas chro-matography.
