摘要:目的 探讨气相色谱法检测食用油脂中BHA、BHT样品前处理法。 方法 采用柱层(B法)和乙醇提取法(A法),色谱条件:色谱柱,长2.0m内径3mm不锈钢柱,内装涂有10%QF-1(m/m)的Gas chrom Q(80~100目)担体。 结果 两种前处理方法的相对标准差小于6.3%,回收率在80%~98%之间,检出限在1.1~6.9μg之间,且有较高的相关性(P<0.05)。 结论 两种前处理结果相一致。关键词:BHA;BHT;样品前处理;气相色谱

Abstract:Objective To discuss the pretreatment technique for detection of BHA and BHTfrom eatable lipa by using gas chro-matography. Methods Condition:BHA(butylhydroxy anisole)an BHT(dibutyl hydroxy toluene)in edible lipin were pretreated by using chromatographer column and ethanol extract and then measured by gas chromatography.Gas chrom Q(80~100mesh)cov-ered by10%QF-1(m/m)in2.0×3mm stailess steel column was used as stationary phase.
