【摘要】 目的 研究获得性肾囊肿(acquired renal cystic disease,ARCD)声像图表现及超声诊断的应用价值。方法 观察ARCD的发生部位、数目及结构特征，分析其发病率及与血液透析治疗的相关性。结果 ARCD具有典型的声像图特征，发病率随透析时间的延长而升高。结论 超声在ARCD的诊断、动态观察及早期发现并发症等方面具有重要价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the sonographic features of acquired renal cystic disease (ARCD) and evaluate the value of sonography in the diagnosis of ARCD.Methods The location,number,and structure of ARCD were observed by ultrasound and the relationship between the incidence of ARCD and the blood dialysis was analyzed.Results ARCD had its sonographic features and the ARCD incidence rose with the dialysis time.Conclusion Ultrasonography has great value in the diagnosis,observing dynamically and exploring complications early in ARCD.
