【摘要】 目的 观察卡托普利与吲哚帕胺联用治疗中重度老年性高血压病的疗效及安全性。方法 按1999年WHO标准选取高血压病患者60例，由固定医师定期测血压，检查空腹血清钾、血尿酸、血脂、血糖，患者如有不适随时就诊。结果 二者联用降压效果明显，血清钾、血尿酸、血脂、血糖无明显变化。结论 卡托普利与吲哚帕胺联用治疗老年性中重度高血压病疗效显著，对患者血清电解质、血脂、血糖无显著影响。

    Clinical observation of the effect of captopril and indapamide tablets on moderate and severe hypertension in old patients

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of captopril and indapamide tablets in treating moderate and severe hypertension in old patients.Methods 60 hypertensive patients who satisfy the WHO criteria of 1999 were enrolled in the present study.A fixed doctor was assigned to regularly monitor patients’BP,serum K+,uric acid,blood lipids and blood glucose.Results With combination of captopril and indapamide tablets,BP decreased significantly.No significant changes in serum K+,uric acid,blood lipids and blood glucose.Conclusion Combination of captopril and indapamide tablets had satisfying efficacy in treating moderate and severe hypertension in old patients,without significant inflicence on serum electrolytes,blood lipids and blood glucose. ......
