【摘要】 目的 分析经舟骨月骨周围脱位漏诊误诊的原因以提高对本病的诊断水平。方法 27例X线检查漏诊患者，CT检查确诊为经舟骨月骨周围脱位并在手术中证实。结果 CT检查典型型13例，不典型型7例，复合型5例，掌侧脱位型2例。结论 CT可减少经舟骨月骨周围脱位的误诊，熟悉腕关节正常解剖及常规X线学表现，是避免误漏诊的关键。

    The analysis on misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of trans-scaphoid perilunar dislocation

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the causes for misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of the trans-scaphoid perilunar dislocation to promote the level of diagnosis.Methods Twenty-seven patients were manifested trans-scaphoid perilunar dislocation by CT and confirmed it during operation.But the patients were found normal by X-ray.Results In those patients,the type of typical have 13 cases,the type of atypical have 7 cases,the type of compound have 5 cases and the type of metacarpus-lateral dislocation have 2 cases.Conclusion CT could reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of the trans-scaphoid perilunar dislocation.Mastering the anatomy of wrist and the routine appearance of X-ray is the key to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. ......
