【摘要】 社区卫生服务是政府实行一定福利政策的社会公益事业，对社区卫生服务的投入和对服务的补偿是关系到社区卫生服务健康发展的一个重要方面。城市社区卫生服务的补偿机制必须与社区卫生服务的内容和方式相适应、相联系。建立和完善城市社区卫生服务补偿机制，提供强有力的财政支持和稳定的资金渠道是关键。
