【摘要】 目的 对应用超声引导下肝肾囊肿穿刺硬化疗效进行评价。方法 对52例肝肾囊肿抽吸后注入无水乙醇。结果 治疗3个月复查，约半数以上(29/52)囊肿开始回缩；6个月后绝大多数 (46/52)囊肿回缩；1年后肝肾44个囊肿消失,6例明显缩小(<3cm)，2例肾囊肿复发，总治愈率85%。其中肝囊肿治愈率91%，有效率100%。肾囊肿治愈率80%，总有效率93%。结论 介入超声肝肾囊肿穿刺硬化治疗安全、准确、创伤小、疗效确实，是目前治疗该病的最佳方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To assess the therapeutic effects on the ultrasound guidance for treatment of hepatic and renal cysts.Methods Anhydrous ethanol was injected after hepatic and renal cysts in 52 cases.Results After treatment for three months,cysts in half of cases became smaller; after six months,most cases became smaller; after half a year,cysts in 44 cases disappeared,six cases obvious became smaller,recidivism two cases renal cysts,all effective rate was 85%.The curative rate for hepatic cysts was 91% and the effective rate was 100%.The curative rate for renal cysts was 80% and the effective rate was 93%.Conclusion The ultrasound interventional for treatment of hepatic and renal cysts works safely,accurately with small wound and good effects,it is the best way to treat the hepatic and renal cysts. ......
