【摘要】 目的 探讨抑郁症患者的脑循环动力学变化及治疗思路的探索。方法 采用脑循环动力学检测仪(CVA)对28例抑郁症患者及10例健康者进行脑循环动力学检测。结果 抑郁症患者右侧颈动脉血流速度及血流量明显减少Vmin=(6.47±3.10)cm/s、Qmin=(2.06±1.31)ml/s，外周阻力增大R=(1967.07±681.82)pas/ml，脑动脉自身调节及血管壁弹性差、脑动脉顺应性降低。结论 抑郁症患者的右侧脑循环功能明显障碍，较左侧差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)，较正常组差异有非常显著性(P<0.005)，提示抑郁症患者脑血液循环的偏侧障碍。

    【Abstract】 Objective To make a dynamic study of cerebral circulation in the patients with depressive psychosis and discuss the new way of treatments.Methods A dynamic study was conducted in 28 cases of depressive psychosis and 10 cases of healthers by CVA.Results Compared with the normal ones from the control group,the velocity and volume of blood flow in the patients with depressive psychosis notably deceased Vmin=(6.47±3.10)cm/s,Qmin=(2.06±1.31)ml/s.While peripheral resistance became intense R=(1967.07±681.82)pas/ml,autoregulation function and vascular wall elasticity were weak,and compliance of brain vessel was poor.Conclusion The funtion of the right cerebral circulation of the patients with depressive psychosis is notable damage.It indicates that the circulation of brain in the patients with depressive psychosis is unbalanced. ......
