【摘要】 目的 对徐州某大型综合性医院空气中微生物分布状况进行研究，以促进院内感染的有效预防和控制。方法 按《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB15982-1995)规定的方法进行采样和检测。结果 该医院各科室及环境空气中细菌总数超过国家规定标准，并显著高于对照。结论 该医院空气质量不高，院内感染可能性大，消毒设施还需要进一步改善。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the situation of air microorganism distributing in a large hospital in Xuzhou. Methods The air samples were collected by plain sedimentation.Results The total count of bacteria was over the legal level.Conclusion There exists the possibility of nosocomial infection in the hospital.
