【摘要】 目的 分析经腹超声检查膀胱癌的误、漏诊原因，并探讨避免的方法对策。方法 对145例经手术病理证实的膀胱癌进行回顾性分析。结果 超声诊断膀胱癌准确率83.4%(121/145),漏诊发生率9.7%(14/145)，误诊发生率6.9%(10/145)，漏诊率与误诊率的差别无显著性(P>0.5)。肿瘤体积小、位于膀胱前壁或顶部和膀胱不充盈为漏诊的主要原因。而血块、结石、前列腺增生组织、良性肿瘤为误诊对象。在对误、漏诊原因分析的同时还总结出了经验教训及鉴别要点。结论 常规超声诊断膀胱癌是一种非常好的方法，但存在一定的误、漏诊率，应结合膀胱镜等多种方法综合检查以减少或避免误、漏诊现象。

    Study on the reasons of misdiagnosis and undetection caused by transabdominal ultrasonography of bladder tumors

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the reasons of misdiagnosis and undetection caused by transabdominal ultrasonography of bladder tumors and find the methods to avoid it.Methods 145 patients with bladder cancer which were confirmed on pathologic studies after surgical operation were reviewed retrospectively.Results Transabdominal ultrasonography of bladder tumors achieved 84.3%(121/145) accurateness,9.7%(14/145) undetection,and 6.9%(10/145) misdiagnosis.The rate of undetection and misdiagnosis has no notability difference (P>0.5).Tumor in little mass,on anterior wall and the bladder disfilled were the main reason of undetection.However the gores,stones,hyperplasia of prostates,and benign tumors were the main object of misdiagnosis.We still discussed the improved methods.Conclusion Transabdominal ultrasonography of bladder tumors is a good method,but it still has some misdiagnosis and undetection,so we should assist it with cystoscope and some others examination to get better accurateness ......
