【摘要】 目的 观察应用咪唑斯汀治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹患者的疗效及安全性。方法 对92例慢性特发性性荨麻疹患者应用咪唑斯汀10mg/d连续治疗4周，于治疗后2周、4周和8周时复诊观察记录疗效及不良反应。结果 用药2周时痊愈48例(52.2%)，显效12例(65.2%)；4周时痊愈56例(60.9%)，显效10例(71.7%)；8周时痊愈51例(55.4%)，显效14例(70.7%)。2周时4例出现轻度头晕(4.3%)，4周复诊时消失，8周时无明显副作用。结论 应用咪唑斯汀可有效地治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹，副作用少，可在临床中应用。

    Study on the efficacy and safety with mizolastine in treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria patients

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety with mizolastine in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria patients.Methods 92 cases of chronic idioapathic urticaria patients were treated with mizolastine 10mg/d for 4 weeks,follow up survey at end of 2,4 and 8 weeks after treatment.Results After treatment 2 weeks,48 patients were recovered(cure rate 52.2%),60 patients showed obvious effectual(effectual rate 65.2%),at the end of 4 weeks,56 patients were recovered(cure rate 60.9%),66 patients showed obvious effectual(effectual rate 71.7%),at the end of 8 weeks,51 patients were recovered(cure rate 55.4%),65 patients showed obvious effectual(effectual rate 70.7%),4 patients complainted slight headache after 2 weeks treatment,they healed at the end of 4 weeks follow up survey.No other side effect was observed.Conclusion Mizolastine is efficacy and safety in treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria patients. ......
