【摘要】 目的 探讨经皮穿刺腰椎间盘旋切术(PLD)治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用价值。方法 356例腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用国产腰椎间盘摘除器,在X线监视下行腰椎间盘髓核旋切吸出术。结果 356例腰椎间盘穿刺成功率100%,随访3个月～5年。效果评价总有效率94.7%,其中显效率79.5%(283/356),有效率15.2%(54/356),无效率5.3%(19/356)。结论 PLD创伤小、安全有效、并发症少，是一种疗效好的微创性介入手术方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To assess the clinical application of percutaneous lumbar discectomy(PLD)in treatment of lumbar intervertebral herniation were selected. Methods Two-hundred and ten cases of lumbar disk herniation .The PLD were performed under the guidance of X-ray with instruments made in China.Results The puncture success rate was 100%. A following-up period lasting 3-60 months. The overall effective rate was 94.7%. Including markedly improved 79.5%(283/356),moderately improved 15.2%(54/356) and no change in 5.3%(19/356).Conclusion The PLD is the few trauma,safe,efficient,rapid recovery and minimally invasive technique. ......
