【摘要】 目的 评价单齿钩辅助复位、小型金属板颧额缝单点坚固内固定治疗颧骨骨折的可行性。

    方法 回顾我科十年来收住的颧骨骨折病例，分析了颧骨骨折类型、患者年龄、性别、致伤原因、临床表现和治疗情况。

    结果 将本文所述的治疗方法，用于Knight和North的颧骨骨折六型分类法中的Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ型患者，治愈率达85%，显效率为15%。另外，对颧骨骨折的诊治提出了自己的看法。

    结论 采用单齿钩辅助复位加小型金属板颧额缝单点坚固内固定的方法，在颧骨非粉碎性骨折的治疗中是行之有效的。

    【Abstract】 Objective To describe and evaluate the possibility of curved hook elevator reduction and one-point miniplate rigid internal fixation of the frontozygomatic suture for the treatment of zygoma fractures.Methods Had reviewed the cases hospitalized of zygoma fractures in our department during 10 years and analyzed age,sex,cause,symptom and treatment.Results Using this method in the type ofⅢ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ, classified by Knight and North.The cure rate was 85% and the effective rate was 15%.The author printed their opinion in diagnosis and treatment of each kind. ......
