【摘要】 目的 观察米槁精油滴丸(简称精油滴丸)对大鼠“血瘀证”的防治作用。 方法 根据中医理论“寒凝激怒”可致淤，制作大鼠血瘀证模型;采用热刺激及化学刺激制作疼痛模型，以精油滴丸，给药证实该药对抗作用。 结果 精油滴丸可改善“血瘀证”大鼠模型的血液流变性，并且可提高小鼠痛阈值。 结论 精油滴丸具有活血化瘀作用。
