【摘要】 目的 分析胆道术后复发性胆总管结石的原因，总结治疗经验。方法 回顾性分析近8年来42例胆道术后复发性胆总管结石的临床资料，并结合文献进行探讨。结果 胆道术后胆总管结石复发的原因有术后残留结石、肝胆管结石脱落、再发结石等。其治疗主要为以胆肠Roux-en-r吻合术为主的手术治疗。结论 术前仔细了解结石的部位、大小，选择合适的手术方式是减少胆道术后结石复发的关键。
