【摘要】 目的 研究超声探头的频率对胎儿肠管超声表现的影响。方法 100个单胎孕妇，在同一所医院里接受常规超声检查，分别使5MHz和8MHz的探头。图像由2个超声医学家分别读片。探头频率和患者资料都做双盲处理。读片人把毗邻的骨头作为是否是强回声肠管的参照。结果 对于8MHz探头的图像，读片人一致认为是强回声肠管的有31例(31%)，至少有一人认为是强回声肠管的有62例(62%)。结论 使用8MHz的探头时，肠管回声增强是常见现象，出现这些强回声肠管，并不代表有畸形，不需要做进一步检查。
