【摘要】 目的 探讨急性脑梗死伴发精神障碍的发病特点及病因。方法 对60例符合CCMD-2-R诊断标准的脑血管病伴发精神障碍患者的发病时间、病变部位、临床症状进行分析。结果 不同病变部位均可产生精神症状，其中22例为双侧多发，占37%，居第一位；在各种精神症状中，以记忆障碍最多，占80%。结论 对伴发精神症状的脑血管病患者予以认识、理解和关注，以更有效地改善患者预后，促进功能康复。
