【摘要】 目的 旨在了解苏州市离休干部高血压与相关疾病患病情况。方法 抽取2001年度苏州市1226名离休干部健康体检表，并对其349例高血压患者作连续门诊随访。结果 高血压患病率为61.83%，其相关疾病:高脂血症44.45%，冠心病39.72%，糖尿病22.68%，高尿酸血症17.19%。在前10位病种中高血压占第1位，其相关病种分别居第3、第5、第6、第10位，还有脑梗塞6例。同患2种病有41.84%、同患5种及以上病种25.20%。而高脂血症、冠心病、糖尿病在男性中分别居第3、第5、第6位，在女性中分别为第2、第6、第5位。随访发现患者对高血压认识不足，治疗不力。结论 苏州市1226名离休干部高血压患病率为61.83%，居前10位病种第1位，高脂血症、冠心病、糖尿病、高尿酸血症患病率列居第3、第5、第6、第10位，当应积极防治，提高生活质量。
