【摘要】 目的 探讨国产聚-DL-乳酸可吸收螺钉治疗关节内股骨髁骨折的效果。方法 本组14例，男10例，女4例;平均年龄34.2岁。闭合性骨折11例，开放性骨折3例。按AO分型:B 1 4例，B 2 7例，B 3 3例。所有病例采用不同长度该类松质骨螺钉固定。结果 术后随访6～21个月，平均随访11个月，根据膝关节KSS评分对治疗结果进行评估，评分85～100分为优，70～84分为良，60～69分为一般，<60为差。本组优10例，良3例，一般1例。结论 国产聚-DL-D乳酸可以吸收螺钉治疗关节内股骨髁骨折疗效确切，生物相容性好。
