【摘要】 目的 通过新的手术方式寻找一种对于小儿肌性斜颈治疗与美容统一的方法。方法 采用胸锁乳突肌延长+颈阔肌“Z”肌瓣旋转。结果 具有明显的美容效果且无手术并发症的出现。结论 “Z”型肌瓣+胸锁乳突肌延长术是一种较好的小儿肌性斜颈美容矫正术。
