【摘要】 目的 研究肾上腺素对体外培养的皮肤瘢痕成纤维细胞凋亡的影响。方法实验采用Giemsa染色、流式细胞仪及基因组DNA电泳检测肾上腺素作用24h后诱导的成纤维细胞凋亡。结果 0.05、0.10、0.20μmol/L的肾上腺素作用24h，瘢痕成纤维细胞凋亡率依次为12.3%、18.4%和36.7%。与对照组比较，差异有显著性。肾上腺素作用24h后，可使瘢痕成纤维细胞的胞核、胞质浓缩，染色质边集，细胞突出变短、变少，1.5%琼脂糖电泳结果出现DNA梯子，并呈剂量依赖性。结论 在瘢痕成纤维细胞生长融合后早期(24h)，肾上腺素可诱导体外培养的瘢痕成纤维细胞凋亡。
