【摘要】 目的 探讨继续教育对在职护理人员的影响。方法 轮回进修ICU 3～6个月。结果 提高了理论知识、专科技术水平及综合素质。结论 对普通病房护理人员进行监护病房工作培训是提高护理队伍素质及护理工作质量的重要措施，是使医院在医疗市场竞争中处于不败之地，也是当前形势的迫切要求。【关键词】 护士；进修；继续教育

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of continuing education for in-servere paramedics.Methods Three to six months ICU training by turns.Results Upgraded theory knowlegde,special department technology level and comprehensive quality.Conclusion ICU training for common ward paramedics is important measure for improving quality of nurse team and quality of nurse works,this measure can make hospital stand in incincible position in iatric market competition,it is current situation′s imminency require.
