【摘要】 医院护理管理是医院管理的一个重要分支，在市场经济条件下护理服务如何应对新的挑战，提高竞争力，是护理管理者面临的一个重要的课题。文章从三个方面做了阐述，即我国医院护理管理的现状，医院护理管理面临的挑战，以及应对策略。
