【摘要】 目的 研究小儿后尿道狭窄或闭锁的手术治疗及远期疗效。方法 对我院1989年4月～2003年4月采用开放性手术治疗小儿后尿道狭窄或闭锁36例，随访1～14年，平均6年。结果 远期效果良好，优良率97%。结论 采用经会阴开放手术治疗小儿后尿道狭窄或闭锁远期疗效确切。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the long-term postoperative outcome of operative treatment on posterior urethral stenosis or atresia in children.Methods From April1989to April2003，36children with posterior urethral stenosis or atresia underwent open operation.All patients were followed-up from1year to14years(with an average6years post operatively)Results 97%of the patients had good long-term outcome.Conclusion The long-term postoperative outcome of open operation transperineal is reliable.
