摘要:目的 总结经皮穿针固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的方法及疗效。 方法 采用手法复位，“C”型臂X光机透视下，从内外髁交叉穿入克氏针或从外髁与肱骨干成45°及60°角穿入2枚克氏针，外用石膏托中立位固定。 结果 24例随访3～24月，平均12个月，1例肘内翻10°，随诊观察，23例携带角平均12°，患侧肘关节伸直平均为-6°，屈曲平均为128°，未出现Volkman挛缩及术中尺神经损伤。 结论 经皮穿针固定是小儿肱骨髁上骨折，具有骨折稳定性好、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少的优点。
