【摘要】 目的 探讨经皮腰椎间盘摘除术(PLD)负压抽吸的改进及临床价值。方法 常规PLD盘内负压值低(33±1.58)kPa，在操作过程中间断关闭水路使盘内负压值升高达(87.6±2.07)kPa。结果 62例临床应用，显效77.4%，有效19.4%，总有效率96.8%。以常规PLD作为对照总有效率提高11.6%，显效率提高20.3%。结论 改进的PLD操作简便，疗效满意，值得临床推广应用。
