【摘要】 目的 探讨肝脏移植治疗肝胆管结石的效果。方法 对1例肝胆管结石合并胆汁性肝硬化患者施行肝脏移植手术，术后定期随访，评价疗效。结果 患者术后已经存活近10个月，恢复了正常工作和生活。结论 肝脏移植手术可以作为治疗肝胆管结石的有效手段。
