摘要:目的 了解深圳市宝安区病毒性肝炎流行规律，为制定防制措施提供依据。 方法 利用宝安区1984～2003疫情汇编和统计局历年人口年鉴进行回顾性调查，并作描述性流行病学研究分析。 结果 在20年中病毒性肝炎发病病例数9283例，平均发病率为74.25/10万。其中乙型肝炎占82.49%，发病年龄主要集中在10～39岁。 结论 1984～2003年宝安区病毒性肝炎发病率呈下降趋势，对重点人群开展强化免疫工作，提高免疫水平。
