【摘要】 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺疾病的价值。方法 分析了382例甲状腺疾病的彩色多普勒超声表现和结果，并与病理及实验室对照。结果 甲状腺恶性病变诊断符合率为82.6%(19/23)，良性病变的诊断符合率为94.7%(340/359)。结论 应用二维声像图特征，结合彩色多普勒及脉冲多普勒血流参数测值，可以做出较准确的诊断。
