【摘要】 目的 探讨腺性膀胱炎的CT表现及鉴别诊断要点。方法 收集15例经病理证实的腺性膀胱炎的CT资料，全部病例均作CT平扫及增强检查。结果 CT能清晰显示腺性膀胱炎病变的大小、形态、密度及膀胱周围组织情况。腺性膀胱炎病变范围比较局限，部分伴有囊变且病灶增强效果不明显。结论 腺性膀胱炎在CT图像上有某些特征性表现并能与膀胱癌做鉴别诊断。CT对腺性膀胱炎有较高诊断价值。
